Our team planning a return to in-person gatherings is working to make on site worship possible again.  Tentatively, we think this may occur at the end of May and in accordance to the safety parameters set in place. We hope this will offer much needed connections and increased sense of community. We request your help in taking an anonymous survey on the likelihood of your presence at an in-person worship service. The link is below. We also ask you to prayerfully consider volunteering as an usher or with technological aspects of worship (you can access the volunteer form here or from the survey).
Blessings,
Readiness for Return Survey

Please help us get ready to return to in-person gathering by taking this anonymous survey(<——-click on the link to complete the survey!)

When we return to in-person gatherings for worship, we will do so with the following parameters. If you have suggestions or concerns, please include them in the survey.

– Temperature check at entrance for all attendees
– A controlled entrance and exit flow with one entrance and one exit (except for emergencies)
– Ushers to guide the flow of traffic and seating in the sanctuary to maintain social distancing
– Social distancing of at least six feet, which will include spaced apart seating in the sanctuary (families remain together)
– Telephone or on-line reservations for worship attendance due to reduced capacity to maintain social distancing. (Keep us posted on how to reach you should contact-tracing be necessary, if it is later discovered that  a case of COVID-19 was present during worship.)
– Only one worship leader singing (no congregational singing)
– Music, scripture, and worship order projected on screen (no bulletins, hymnals, or pew bibles)
– Bring your own communion (kits of cup and wafer provided for guests)
– Meet only for worship, you will be guided in exiting the building after the service
– Shorter worship service
– Doors to the outside left open during service (for air circulation)
– Restrooms will be sanitized before worship
– Only one person in the room at a time. Sanitizers and soap will be available in the restroom.
